On June 10th, SSILL welcomed Architect Mitchell Hirsch from Pelli Clarke & Partners to talk about the process for creating buildings.  Mitchell is a partner in the firm.   Mitchell explained the importance of each of the phases that go into creating a building.

Mitchell focused the talk on Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development.  As an example, he explained how his firm went about creating the Theatre School at DePaul University in Chicago.  The Theatre is truly stunning, and was an award winning project for the firm.
