On May 27th, SSILL welcomed Paco Underhill to talk to the membership about shopping in a post pandemic world.  A topic near and dear to our hearts since 2020.  Paco is an environmental psychologist, New York Times best seller author, inventor, and founder of a global research and consulting firm.

His clientele is truly impressive, with some of the biggest names in several industries across the globe.  His work has taken him all over the world.  The membership learned about the evolution of shopping and how gender and age influence how we shop, whether it be at a local grocery store in Connecticut, or retailers on the other side of the planet.  One member exclaimed, “What an eye opening and different perspective on our world”.  Another stated, “As usual, the talk opened my mind and educated me in an enjoyable way”.
